You can access the full event here: https://events.dm.unipi.it/e/101 Abstract -------- We will discuss the Riemannian Penrose inequality in an asymptotically flat 3-manifold with nonnegative scalar curvature and the main points of a new proof by means of a monotonicity formula holding along the level sets of the p-capacitary potentials of the horizon boundary. You can access the full event here: https://events.dm.unipi.it/e/101 Abstract -------- We will show some Li & Yau–type gradient estimates for positive solutions of the semilinear heat equations $u_t =\Delta u + u^p$ with p>1, on a complete n–dimensional Riemannian manifold (M,g) with nonnegative Ricci tensor. We then discuss some applications to ancient and eternal solutions.
