The group of automorphisms of the free group acts on this algebraic surface by polynomial automorphisms. I will describe some dynamical properties of this action. The duration of the fellowship is for 3 years, with a net salary of approximately 2400 euros per month. The position is funded by the ANR-24-CPJ1-0026-01 as part of the CPJ (Chaire de Professeur Junior) funding of Cristina Palmer-Anghel. The research activity and background of the candidate are expected to be in one of the following areas: topology with focus on the study of (quantum) knot and 3-manifold invariants, categorifications, or representation theory of quantum groups. Reading group on Algebra and Geometry of quantum link homologies

Dear all, We would like to advertise a reading group on the relations between knot homologies (Khovanov-Rozansky homologies), algebraic geometry and representation theory. The plan is to follow the survey article by Gorsky-Kivinen-Simental (you can find it attached), based on the Lecture Notes of IHES summer school of 2021, adding some more context and background. The seminars should be accessible to a broad audience without prior knowledge of knot theory or algebraic geometry. The reading group will consist of 2h talks given by the participants.
