Some details: 1) candidates must have got their PhD before the deadline; 2) in order to apply, candidates must fill Annex A and submit it (in PDF format) by e-mail with Annex B, scannerized copy of your passport/ID and all the other documents (zipped files are admissible); 3) the selection is based on CV, papers and interview on your reserach project.
