Caro Nicola,
ti inoltro il primo annuncio del convegno di Meccanica Celeste CELMEC che si terra' nel 2013. Il largo anticipo con cui viene annunciato il convegno e' dovuto al fatto che la nostra iniziativa e' associata alle attivita' di "Mathematics for Planet Earth 2013" (che vengono annunciate in questo periodo) e al fatto che sono stati indetti tre premi (di cui uno pensato per le applicazioni nel settore industriale o applicativo).
Se lo ritieni opportuno, ti prego di inoltrare l'annuncio ai soci SIMAI.

C E L M E C VI FIRST ANNOUNCEMENTThe "Sixth Meeting on Celestial Mechanics - CELMEC VI" will take place in San Martino al Cimino (Viterbo, Italy) during the period 1-7 September 2013.

If you are a potential participant of CELMEC VI and you want to receive further announcements, please send an e-mail to celmec@mat.uniroma2.it with subject "POTENTIAL PARTICIPANT".
The meeting will cover the following subjects:
PERTURBATION THEORIES (dynamical systems, their stability and evolution);
SOLAR SYSTEM AND STELLAR SYSTEMS (dynamics of solar system bodies and of stellar interactions);
FLIGHT DYNAMICS (motion of spacecrafts for near-Earth and interplanetary missions).
During CELMEC VI three kind of prizes will be awarded:
1.- CELESTIAL MECHANICS FOR PLANET EARTH on the occasion of the special year of emphasis on the Mathematics of Planet Earth (see http://www.mpe2013.org/), a prize will be awarded to the best presentation of an original research work aimed at the safeguard of our planet from space threatens. The prize will be awarded under the auspices of the Gruppo Nazionale di Fisica Matematica (GNFM) / INdAM and Societa' Italiana di Meccanica Celeste e Astrodinamica (SIMCA) .
2.- CELESTIAL MECHANICS AND INNOVATION a prize will be awarded to the best presentation of an original research leading to innovative astrodynamical applications
3.- CELMEC POSTER PRIZE like in the previous edition, a prize will be awarded to the best 3 posters (including e-posters) presented at CELMEC VI.
