Dear Professor Ambrosio,

The London School of Geometry and Number Theory (LSGNT)

is now considering applications for a 4-year Ph.D. program in 2014/2015. This is joint venture between Imperial College London, King's College London and University College London. Our students share a common first year of specially tailored courses and mini research projects; later then they select an advisor (the potential advisors are listed in the link below).

We expect to admit approximately 15 students this year, with around 10 expected to be in Geometry (broadly construed) and we welcome applications from students with interest in Analysis and Geometry.

We are therefore looking for bright and highly motivated students from around the world. They can apply at https://www.lsgnt-cdt.ac.uk/apply. The initial deadline for applications is 8 December 2014.

LSGNT will also consider applications from highly-qualified students with funding available from their home countries.

Please feel free to pass this information to those that could be interested. For further information in the first instance they should consult

Best wishes,
Mark Haskins
