Titolo: Dynamics on the Markov surface
Abstract: The Markov surface parametrizes certain representations of the free group of rank 2 in the group of matrices SL_2. The group of automorphisms of the free group acts on this algebraic
surface by polynomial automorphisms. I will describe some dynamical properties of this action. This is related to hyperbolic geometry and holomorphic dynamics.
