Terrà un seminario dal titolo:

“A criterion of cuspidalization of l-adic sections”

Abstract

This is a joint work with Michel Emsalem. A (special case of) a theorem of U.Jannsen describes when the l-adic cohomology of the complement of two rational points in a smooth proper curve defined over a number field is pure, as a Galois representation. We extend this result to an arbitrary affine open subset of the curve. I will also give an application to a weak version of the "cuspidalization conjecture", and discuss how this conjecture is related to Grothendieck's famous section conjecture.
