Dear colleagues and friends,

we are pleased to announce next seminar of the FLorence OPtimization talkS (FLOPS) series.

Philippe Toint (Professor (Emeritus) Université de Namur)  will give a talk entitled "Unified convergence theory for stochastic adaptive first-order methods".

The talk will be on October 7th at 11:30 in Room 357, Centro Didattico Morgagni.
