Participation is free and covers lunch and coffee breaks.

In addition, accommodation can be secured for up to 50 participants for two nights (Aug. 9-Aug. 11) at the B&B Hotel in Essen (Helmut-Käutner-Straße 4, 45127 Essen); places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
