Applications are invited  *within November 6th, 2018* for a post-doctoral
research position (Assegno di Ricerca  tipo A2, Junior) in the Dpt of Statistics
and Quantitative Methods at University of Milano-Bicocca. 

The Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods is a reference point for researchers in the methodological aspects of Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Foreign Languages, and in their applications, in particular to the areas of population and society, public health, welfare, finance, labor market and the energy sector.

TITLE and PROJECT: The candidate should indicate a title, and a research project  in view of complementing and integrating undergoing research of  faculty members of the Dpt.

CONTRACT:  24 months (renewable for a further 24 months upon approval)
starting  April 1, 2019. Salary competitive with European Research
Universities and Italian Assistant Professor position (RTD-A).
(gross annual income 19 367 €, net income about € 17 157, monthly € 1 430)

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in  the aforementioned disciplines,  either
earned  within 4 years or to be completed within February 2019.
