we are pleased to announce the 1^st LiBERA Winter School, which will take place at Kilpisjärvi Biological Station, Finnish Lapland, on January 4-9, 2027

within the framework of the Horizon Europe MSCA Staff Exchange project LiBERA - "Stochastic Interacting Systems: Limiting Behavior, Evaluation, Regularity and Applications" (https://site.unibo.it/libera/en).

The school will feature the following 3 minicourses:

Scott Armstrong (CNRS, France, and Courant Institute/NYU, USA)

Coarse-graining elliptic PDEs

Ana Djurdjevac (University of Oxford, UK)

From particle systems to nonlinear SPDEs

Lauri Viitasaari (Aalto University, Finland)
