Title: Fluctuations for point vortices Abstract: The first part of the presentation is a short review of a statistical mechanics model of point vortices for the 2D Euler equations and their mean field limit. In the second part we outline a proof of Gaussian fluctuations from the mean field limit. The result holds on the torus, on the sphere and on bounded domains.
