The doctoral project will be supervised by Alexander Massey, a researcher in survey sampling and statistical inference for forests at the Laboratoire d’Inventaire Forestier. The project focuses on small-area estimation methods for forest disturbance monitoring using Bayesian spatiotemporal approaches.
