As part of the recently-established Mathematics for Industry Network ( <http://www.mi-network.org>MI-NET <http://mi-network.org/>) EU COST Action, whose aim is to facilitate more effective widespread application of mathematics to all industrial sectors, we are pleased to announce that *funding calls* for - One day themed *Industrial Workshops <http://mi-network.org/industrial-workshops/> (*up to €1k) - Mathematical Modelling *Training Weeks <http://mi-network.org/modelling-weeks/>* (up to €10k) - *Research visits* to industrial or academic institutions (*Short-Term Scientific Missions* <http://mi-network.org/short-term-scientific-missions/>) (up to €2k) [Short-Term Scientific Missions can be of 5-180 days duration, and can, for example, be used to participate in existing European Study Groups with Industry, please see the webpage <http://www.maths-in-industry.org/future/> for upcoming workshops]. - *European Study Groups* <http://mi-network.org/study-groups-with-industry/> (*problem-solving workshops*) with Industry (up to €10k) are now open for applications from academic researchers or industrial practitioners from any COST country <http://www.cost.eu/COST_Actions/tdp/TD1409?parties> that is part of Action TD1409.
