The research group is funded by the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies (FRIAS) and the University of Strasbourg Institute for Advanced Study (USIAS). The succesful candidate will hold a Ph.D. and has an excellent profile in mathematical finance, stochastic processes, actuarial mathematics or a related field. The research agenda will cover a highly interesting project in the research group, targeting for example valuation of participating life insurance products, model risk, (mortality) term structures and/or dynamic risk measures. The position will require a frequent exchange between the two participating groups. The contract is for two years, starting on October 1, 2017.
