we are pleased to announce that the XLIX edition of the AMASES Conference will take place in Florence at the Dipartimento di Scienze per l'Economia e l'Impresa (DISEI) of the University of Florence from September 11th to September 13th 2025.
As in the AMASES (Associazione per la Matematica Applicata alle Scienze Economiche e Sociali) established tradition, the purpose of the meeting is to stimulate discussion among scholars and practitioners, from Italy and all around the world, on different aspects of Mathematics applied to Economic and Social Sciences.
The scientific program consists of plenary talks and presentations in parallel sessions of contributed papers on Actuarial Mathematics, Decision Theory, Dynamic Models, Financial Mathematics, Game Theory, Mathematical Economics, Numerical Methods, Optimization.
The plenary speakers of this edition will be: • Christa Cuchiero (Department of Statistics and Operations Research, University of Vienna) • Christian Gollier (Toulouse School of Economics, University of Toulouse) • Daniel Kuhn (College of Management of Technology, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) • Piotr Skowron (Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics, University of Warsaw)
Sessions will start in the late morning on September 11th and will end in the late afternoon on September 13th.

Thanks to the contribution of the Italian Mathematical Union (UMI), five young scholars will be exempt from paying the registration fees. See the conference website for the details.
