(1) A full professor position in Mathematical Statistics and Data Science, within the Mathematics Research Unit, funded by for the first 5 years by a grant from the ERA-chair program of the European Union. This position is attractive by European standards in terms of research support (2 postdocs and 2 PhD positions attached and access to external funding). The person hired will be expected to start a new direction of research in Mathematical Statistics at the University of Luxembourg.
