We are looking for a talented researcher to work on a project on *Continuum Particle Systems* at Augsburg University and LMU Munich. The project focusses on the decay of correlations of continuum particle systems and combines techniques from stochastic geometry and statistical mechanics. This is a temporary position that can be filled by a PhD student or postdoc (Salary scale TV-L E13, full- or part-time, fixed term) to be started on 01 May 2023 or later. We are looking for candidates with excellent background in probability theory and statistical mechanics who obtained an MSc degree in Mathematics. The project is part of the newly established SFB/CRC “Mathematics of Many-Body Quantum Systems and Their Collective Phenomena“ (Munich/Tuebingen).
