il prof. GIOVANNI PISTONE (de Castro Statistics, Collegio Carlo Alberto, e DISMA (former faculty)) terrà un seminario dal titolo Information Geometry of ANOVA and Transport Theory. ABSTRACT. Functional ANOVA (ANalysis Of VAriance) is used in Statistics and Sistem Theory. It is a non-parametric orthogonal splitting of the vector space of $L^2$ random variables. We use it to split the fibres of the affine statistical bundle. The base set consists of probability densities, and the fibres are vector spaces of Fisher’s scores. On a product sample space, one of the factors in the splitting is an additive model, while the other is a transport model. Tutti gli interessati sono invitati a partecipare.
