Abstract : I would like to explain some properties of moment maps, such as the behaviour of the image of a pencil of hyperplanes. One can use these properties to have information on the total curvature of the real algebraic curves obtained by the combinatorial Viro method. In particular I will construct families of curves maximal with respect to the total curvature.
